PROGRAM DAY 1: Meeting point in Bastia in the early afternoon. You can take the ferry from Livorno, Genoa, Savona or France. After a short briefing, we head north. After about 20 km, we begin to climb a beautiful panoramic dirt track crossing the Cap Corse peninsula. We’ll reach the Col St. Jean, offering an incredible 360° view. From there, the trail descends to Nonza, famous for its black beach. We continue by asphalt to Saint-Florent, where we spend the night at the campsite. DAY 2: A short visit to Saint-Florent and its citadel, then we head toward the Agriates Desert, specifically to Casta, where the trail to the stunning Saleccia beach begins. Time for a swim and lunch. We’ll return on the same track to the paved road and reach Bocca di Vezzu, where a demanding 13 km mule track starts. This stretch will put both drivers and vehicles to the test, but the effort will be rewarded with a magnificent view over Ghignu beach. After a few hours of relaxation, we head back to the Ostriconi campsite for dinner and overnight stay. DAY 3: We take a little-known trail along the coast, crossing the wildest and most remote part of the Agriates Desert. From there, we continue along the Belgodere trail with panoramic views over the Île-Rousse valley. After a packed lunch, we descend in the afternoon to one of Corsica’s most famous beaches, Ostriconi, where we’ll sleep at the adjacent campsite. DAY 4: Early wake-up and return to Bastia via asphalt roads. On the way, we’ll stop at a local winery in Patrimonio. Then we continue to Bastia for the ferry back to mainland Europe. Note: Due to the nature of this route, the itinerary may change based on weather conditions, safety concerns, or permit restrictions.
