The 1000 Dunes of the Sahara
An epic off-road journey in Tunisia for enduro motorcycles. The title of the trip perfectly describes the endless sea of dunes that awaits us in the Grand Erg Orientale, between the areas of Ksar Ghilane, Tiembaine, and Ain Ouadette.

THE TRIP
An off-road trip in Tunisia, specifically dedicated to specialized enduro motorcycles.
We can collect your motorcycle in Italy (if you wish), handle it with care, and transport it along with your luggage. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm for riding and having fun!
The same applies for the return trip: just be patient for a few days and then embrace your bike again. You can also entrust us with your luggage and motorcycle gear (in a soft bag), so you can travel with hand luggage only.

You can choose to travel with us by boat or join us by plane.
Don't have a motorcycle? No problem... you can rent one in Douz through our partners!

The trip includes overnight stays in tented camps in the desert.

PROGRAM
DAY 1
Flight to Tunis and transfer by minibus to Douz. During the ride, we'll see a surprisingly different side of Tunisia. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
DAY 2
We'll collect our motorcycles and, after a comprehensive briefing, depart for Tiembaine via the "training routes" of Fabrizio Meoni, known for his Dakar successes. Overnight stay in a tented camp.
DAY 3 to 6 
The dunes of the Grand Erg Orientale
A complete immersion in sand in one of Tunisia's most beautiful desert regions, via El Mida, Gour El Kleb, and Dekanis – all dunes – to Lake Ain Ouadette, where we can take a refreshing warm bath. Then we head towards Tiembaine and the Parc du Jebil, arriving back in Douz in the afternoon of the last day. We'll spend the nights in tented camps under a twinkling starry sky. Day 6 concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel in Douz.
DAY 7
Transfer to Tunis for the return flight to Italy.

Please note: Due to the nature of the route, planned in "difficult" areas, changes to the program or itinerary may occur due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or permit revocation. In such cases, the organizers, in consultation with local authorities, will create a modified itinerary, always prioritizing the safety of the participants.

EXTRAS
Transportation of your own motorcycle: €300.00
Motorcycles must be delivered with valid ownership papers, permits, and insurance to the organization's location (or another agreed-upon location) on a date to be determined. Transfer Tunis - Douz (return): €150.00 per person.
Motorcycle rental through the organization (4-stroke enduro, suitable for the desert and in good condition): €950.00
Motorcycle damage insurance (only for motorcycles rented through the organization): €10.00/day (up to €500.00 damage)
Garmin GPS rental with routes: €50.00
Technical equipment (protective gear, helmet, boots): €250.00

• Luggage transport for motorcyclists: the organization will transport your luggage (mandatory in soft bags; size and contents are subject to agreement)
• Technical assistance (for major repairs, depending on time and parts availability) and logistical support, including basic orientation and navigation instructions with a compass and GPS

Note: The services listed are based on a minimum of 10 participants. If there are fewer participants, the organizers reserve the right to cancel certain services. This will be communicated to those registered by email, without prejudice to the essence of the trip.
