Cancellation Policy travel tours
Due to the nature of the trips, The Offroad Guide has the following cancellation conditions. In the event of cancellation, each traveler owes the following amounts:
a) up to 56 days before departure: 30% of the travel sum, being the down payment, and 15% of the remaining amount of the travel sum.
b) from 56 to 28 days before departure: 30% of the travel sum, being the down payment, and 50% of the remaining amount of the travel sum.
c) from the 28th day (inclusive) to the 14th day before departure: 30% of the travel sum, being the down payment, and 75% of the remaining amount of the travel sum.
d) from the 14th day (inclusive) until the day of departure or later: the full travel sum.

c) from 14 to 7 days before departure: 75% of the travel sum.
d) from the 7th day (inclusive) until the day of departure or later: the full travel sum.

Customised Rates? Attention please
- The rate per person decreases with more participants. This is a discount. This means that if one or more persons of a group cancels/cancel, the rate per person for the remaining participants will increase again. The agreed graduated scale remains in force.
- If you have transferred the travel sum to the Escrow Account, it is good to know that this organization adheres to our conditions.
- In the event of cancellation by the participant, she will always contact the travel organization to have the funds released in accordance with the cancellation conditions as laid down in the agreement that the travel organization has concluded with the traveler. The third-party money transaction that the travel organisation, the traveler and Third-Party Money Organization enter into for the financial settlement of the booking has no influence on this.
- The third-party money organization will never proceed to refund the money to the customer before both parties have been heard.
