Alpi Marittime - Piemonte - Langhe - Liguria - Gastronomy On this trip we ride beautiful routes through mountains and valleys of the Maritime Alps where we sometimes see the plains of the Po. We enjoy the warm exuberant spontaneous and hospitable Italians, their enchanting country and.... their unsurpassed culinary wonders. Land of Mountains and Valleys and... la Buona Forchetta Piemonte is nature, views, off road trails, history, picturesque villages and towns. Piedmont is also very rich in restaurants. Gastronomically it is one of the richest and most varied areas of Italy. There is not only an incredible variety of meats, cheeses and pastas here, but also chestnuts, hazelnuts and truffles. We ride the mountains and can also enter the Po Valley, through the hilly area of the Langhe, land of slow food and the world famous Barbera, Barbaresco and Barolo wines. Salute! Or how about a trip to Liguria, with the Riviera dei Fiori? The Riviera of Flowers on the Mediterranean, so blue, so blue. Tu sei una Buona Forchetta? Are you a good fork? That means you have a healthy appetite and you definitely shouldn't miss this trip ;-) Adventure I've been to Piemonte many times and I've driven off road a lot and have eaten there even more often. Liguria, more specifically the province of Imperia, is the motherland of my childhood. I would like to introduce you to the country where my heart is. Welcome. Activity 4x4/4WD and/or motorbike offroad/allroad holiday with attention to delicious food. Group size Only cars? Basically a group of up to 16 participants/8 cars. This can be deviated from with good reason. It is also possible that we split a larger group for the rides. Only motorbikes? Upto 8 bikes. Level No off road experience is necessary. Technically often easy paths so greenlane-like. However, also sometimes somewhat more difficult paths. But everything can be done with the right car. Beginners but also advanced who are happy that it will be not too difficult can participate. Just make sure that you can mentally handle narrow paths with deep steep abysses and very sharp hairpins. Take a look at the video of the Via del Sale. NB! Inherent to offroad and nature, due to weather conditions, paths can become too difficult and then it is sometimes necessary to turn around and look for fun somewhere else. This is part of the adventure. |
Accommodations Campsites with, or close to, good restaurants? Inns or hotels? Or wild camping in the great outdoors. A blend? Just call. It's tailormade. It's going to be your party. Your own 4WD There are a few things important to your 4x4. Firstly, the car is equipped with a low gearing, otherwise you simply won't get up the steep paths here and there. You must have at least 50/50 tires and your car must be a bit higher. More ground clearance is sometimes useful. You logically have a tow rope and a shovel with you. If your 4x4 has even more adjustments and/or if you are an advanced driver, you are of course welcome if you also like to take it a bit easier on slightly easier tracks. Rental 4WD Get in touch and I'll see if I can arrange a suitable rental 4WD for you. Own- or rental bike In any case, your motorcycle is a street-legal off-road or all-road motorcycle in a good state of maintenance. Heavier motorcycles can also handle the selected trails.
